Introduction: Eurasia Trade Fair; A Golden Opportunity for Multilateral Economy
Eurasia Booth Building Media – The 3rd International Trade Fair with Eurasia was inaugurated at the Permanent Exhibition Center of Tehran International Exhibitions, attended by President Masoud Pezeshkian and senior officials of the member countries. The event is recognized not only as a trade platform, but also as a symbol of multilateral cooperation against global unilateralism. Meanwhile, exhibition booth building, as the beating heart of these events, plays a decisive role in attracting audiences, introducing products, and facilitating trade exchanges.
Exhibition Booth Building: A Bridge to Successful Business
Booth construction at exhibitions like Eurasia is not limited to building a physical space, but is a multidimensional marketing strategy that strengthens brand identity by combining art, technology, and audience psychology.
- Booth design: Using modern elements such as smart lighting, digital displays, and thematic spaces will attract the attention of visitors.
- Functionalization of space: The booths at this exhibition are designed taking into account the diverse needs of the industries present (oil and gas, petrochemicals, home appliances, etc.) to allow for face-to-face interaction, meetings, and product displays.
- Sustainability and economy: The use of environmentally friendly materials and modular structures that can be reused are among the new trends in booth construction.
The exhibition industry and its role in economic development
The exhibition industry, as the driving force of the economy , generates billions of dollars in turnover worldwide annually. In Iran, too, given long-term goals such as increasing trade volume with Eurasia to $10 billion , this industry requires investment in the following sectors:
- Exhibition infrastructure: Development of modern halls with up-to-date equipment (such as halls 35, 38, and 38A in Tehran).
- New technologies: Integrating virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) into booth design to create interactive experiences.
- Training of specialized personnel: Training booth designers, executive managers, and business consultants with international knowledge.
Eurasia Expo 1403: Analysis of the Pavilions and Its Reflection in Society
The third edition of this exhibition was held with the participation of 125 domestic and foreign companies in an area of 9,875 square meters . The booths in various fields reflected national capabilities and the needs of global markets :
- Energy industry pavilions: Focusing on showcasing the latest achievements in the oil, gas, and petrochemical fields, they used highly detailed designs and 3D models.
- Agricultural and food booths: Using creative space design, they introduced the quality of Iranian products to foreign visitors.
- Social Interactions: As a center for cultural dialogue, the pavilions strengthened public diplomacy and mutual understanding between nations.
Challenges and opportunities of booth construction in Iran
Despite recent developments, the exhibition industry in Iran faces obstacles:
- Financial constraints: Many companies use repetitive patterns due to the high costs of designing custom booths.
- Lack of international standards: There is a need to develop specific frameworks for the safety, accessibility, and quality of materials.
- New opportunities: Collaboration with European and Asian designers to transfer knowledge and use advanced raw materials.
Conclusion: The future of booth construction in light of international cooperation
