🔐 Official Announcement: Registration of Contractors and Intermediaries for International Exhibitions

Exhibition News – Tehran – Announcement from the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Joint Stock Company – With the coordination of the Exhibitions Company’s security and the Employers’ Association of Exhibitors and Exhibition Services (ESBAT) , the process of organizing exhibition contractors and partners has begun.

Main requirements

1. Eligible persons :

• All booth construction companies

• Executive contractors

• Technical, logistical and security service providers

2. Registration deadline and method :

• Visit the official website: WWW.ESBAT.ORG

• Complete the electronic form and submit the documents by the end of Shahrivar 1404.

3. Process output :

• Issuing a smart ID card with a dedicated QR code

• Online validation through the ESBAT system

Implementation notes of the announcement

• From September 15, 2025 , access to the exhibition grounds of the subsidiary exhibitions (Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Shiraz ) is only possible by presenting a valid card .
