Announcement of renewed auction for the management of sales of promotional gifts at domestic exhibitions

Exhibition News – Tehran – July 07, 2025 – The Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Joint Stock Company announced its decision to renew the public auction to select and assign the right to use the space for selling promotional gifts for participants in domestic exhibitions.
According to the company’s public relations report, this investment opportunity will be awarded to qualified companies with relevant performance records through a one-stage public auction .
Key features of the renewed auction:
Subject: Operating a place to sell promotional gifts for participants in domestic exhibitions.
Contract period: one solar year.
Guarantee to participate in the auction: 810 million rials .
Annual base price : 16 billion and 200 million rials (excluding value-added tax).
Deadline for receiving documents: Applicants have until 3:00 PM on Monday, July 14, 2025 (July 14, 2025) to receive documents through the Setad Iran system ( www.setadiran.ir ).
Deadline for submitting price offers: Price offers must be submitted through the Iran Headquarters system by 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
Important emphases and conditions:
Participation in this auction is considered to be full acceptance by the applicant of all technical and specific conditions of the auction and the provisions of the draft contract.
All participants are required to carefully study the terms of the auction and the draft contract, sign and seal all its pages , and upload the complete scanned copy in the format of Envelope “B” to the Setad Iran system.
It is possible and necessary for one representative to be present with an official letter of introduction from each bidder on the day of opening the bid envelopes (the exact time will be announced in the system later) . This public notification is considered equivalent to an official invitation to attend the event.
