Booth Building Media – Abbas Aliabadi, Minister of Energy , visited the 20th International Specialized Exhibition of Water Industry and Water and Wastewater Facilities this morning and visited the various booths of companies active in this industry. This exhibition is known as a major event in the field of water and wastewater and provides a good opportunity for companies active in this field to showcase their latest achievements and new technologies.
During this visit, Aliabadi, with the assistance of a group of water industry and water supply industry officials and members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, became familiar with the challenges and problems that activists in this field are facing. In this meeting, water industry activists expressed their concerns and needs and requested more support from the government. This expression of problems and expectations was carefully conveyed to the officials to clarify the importance of some of the government’s policies in the field of water and wastewater .
The Minister of Energy, speaking to reporters, pointed out the importance of water and its role in the country’s social and economic life, and stated: “There is no commodity more important than water.” Referring to the holding of this exhibition, he noted that a special position is necessary for the correct and optimal management of water resources. In this regard, all officials and institutions were asked to make efforts to save water consumption and use modern technologies with minimal water consumption.
The 20th exhibition, with the slogan “Sustainable Iran with Interactive and Technological Management “, was held from February 23 to 26 at the Permanent Exhibition Center of Tehran International Exhibitions. In this event, 150 domestic and 5 foreign companies introduced the latest technologies and technologies in the field of water and wastewater . The aim of this exhibition is to explain the importance of water resources management and provide technological solutions for the challenges facing this industry.
