 All eligible applicants must apply  through the Setad system at  www.setadiran.ir . All stages of this auction, from receiving documents  to  submitting proposals  and  opening envelopes , will be carried out electronically in this system.

Important note:  Applicants who do not have a history of membership in the Setad system are required to   take the necessary steps to register  and  receive an electronic signature certificate .

Guarantee condition:

It is mandatory to provide  a valid bank guarantee  as follows:
