Exhibition News – The 12th International Exhibition of Beverages, Tea, Coffee and Related Industries  openedthis morning with unparalleled splendor at the Permanent Exhibition Center of Tehran International Exhibitions . This event, which has rightly been called the largest specialized gathering of the country’s  beverage industry, began with the presence of prominent figures such as Ebrahim Sheikh  (Deputy Minister of Industry Affairs of the Ministry of Industry and Trade),  Mehrnoush Mofidi  (Member of the Board of Directors of the International Exhibitions Joint Stock Company),  Mohammad Reza Yazdani  (Deputy Minister of Resource Management Development ), and  Alejandro Fuentes (Consul of the Cuban Embassy in Iran). The presence of these national and international figures is a testament to the strategic importance of this exhibition in the country’s economic and commercial development and carries a clear message of Iran’s determination to expand global interactions in this industry.

Beverage, tea and coffee exhibition halls

This year’s exhibition has been met with a remarkable reception from industry activists,   transforming  Halls 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Tehran International Exhibitions into a dynamic and lively space. More than 120 specialized companies  from all over the country and the world have presented their latest achievements in various fields, from  hot and cold drinks  to  herbal teas ,  traditional spirits ,  advanced packaging equipment  and  production machinery . This diversity of products not only demonstrates the high capacity of the Iranian beverage industry, but also highlights innovation and attention to quality as the two main pillars of the development of this industry in recent years.

Specialized pavilions for the Beverage, Tea and Coffee Exhibition

One of the highlights of this period  is the specialized coffee pavilion  , which, by bringing together leading domestic and international brands, has earned the title of the largest coffee exhibition in Iran. In this section, visitors will witness the latest  specialized brewing technologies ,  professional roasting equipment  , and  a variety of high-quality coffee beans from different regions of the world. This pavilion is not only a product showcase, but also an educational reference for the development of coffee consumption culture in Iran and has provided an unparalleled opportunity for the exchange of technical knowledge among activists in this field.

Free workshops featuring   prominent local and international experts will add another dimension to the richness of this four-day event.   Held  in Halls 8 and 9 , these workshops will teach enthusiasts specialized skills in mixology ,  barista art  , and  bartending . Such programs not only help to raise professional standards in related industries such as cafés, but also provide a platform for empowering young people and creating sustainable employment in this vital sector of the country’s economy.

The presence  of the Cuban consul  at the opening ceremony indicates the international community’s attention to the capacities of the Iranian beverage industry and its desire to develop trade cooperation. This diplomatic interaction can pave the way for the development of exchanges with renowned countries in the production of strategic products such as coffee and tea and open new horizons for the export of Iranian products to global markets. On the other hand,  Ibrahim Sheikh, in his speech, pointed to the significant growth of this industry and announced the Ministry of Health’s plans to support the supply of raw materials, develop transportation infrastructure, and ensure the sustainability of the supply chain.

The exhibition, which will continue until August 1, is not just a trade event, but also a symbol of the dynamism and resilience of the Iranian beverage industry in the complex global economic conditions. Bringing together producers, exporters, investors and consumers under one roof has created a vibrant and dynamic network that can become a catalyst for the qualitative development of products, increasing the share of export markets and strengthening national brands.
