Emphasis from the CEO of Exhibitions

In his speech, Beikzadeh, referring to  the more than 1 million visitors  to the Tehran exhibition annually, stated:

“This ambulance bus is a complementary link to the existing fixed stations. Our goal is to create a seamless chain of care so that patients can be treated within 3 minutes in cases such as food poisoning, heart attacks or stall construction accidents.”

He added:

*”The advanced equipment of this mobile medical center allows for the performance of basic surgical and resuscitation measures. This project has been implemented in accordance with clause 2.4 of the HSE-OC-05-03 standard for “Monitoring health risks at major events.”*

Why is this a strategic move?

1.  Blind spot coverage :

  • The 230-hectare Tehran Fair, with 100 permanent booths , requires integrated relief coverage.

2.  Responding to the challenges ahead :

  • Crowd density at the opening of exhibitions (up to 50,000 people per day)

  • Risk of accidents caused by building booths or testing equipment

3.  Modeling for similar centers :

  • The first exhibition center in the Middle East with a mobile hospital aid system

Future outlook

  • Doubling the number  of aid stations by the end of 1404

  • Smart connection  to the exhibition HSE system for automatic incident detection

  • Periodic training  of medical teams with crisis scenarios

Expert analysis : This measure will not only improve the safety and health factor of the exhibition, but will also define a new standard for major events in the region.
